My Story
Seeking the pursuit of truth-finding, healing, and redemptive practices, I founded C4REL Consulting to provide learner-centered, equitable, and evidence-based educational research and I/O consulting, grant writing and technical assistance to individuals and organizations. The purpose of providing these services is to equip clients with the capacity to design, develop, and deliver actionable processes and sustain high-quality program performance.
I believe Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) plays a crucial role with regards to fostering an equity-centered experiential learning and workplace setting. Authentic leaders who recognize the importance of DEIB empower their colleagues through intentional collaborative and competitive inquiry which fosters the development of forward thinking, culturally competent and value-driven future scholars and professionals.

C4REL can successfully facilitate organizations in the areas that present such challenges as (a) correctly identifying the knowledge, skills, and abilities that are needed to perform well on a particular job; (b) use cost-effective methods to select individuals and place them into positions that provide optimal fit; (c) develop and deliver effective training programs to maximize performance; and (d) oversee budget planning, grant administration, and program management for existing and new initiatives.
